L'Orque 70

 J'ai eu un orque 70 pendant 20 ans en mediterranée. En regate on en a étonné plus d'un. SNIM-Challenge étang de berre. Au largue sous spi il est imbattable dans sa catégorie Au pré il marche vite mais il faut du rappel 6,3 Nds avec 6 personnes à bord. A 35 Nds établis c'est plus la peine d'essayer de tirer des bords le cul est trop large. Dans ces conditions On est battu par des sud 24 ou des challenger scoot.Il faut le garder à plat chariot en bas deventer le gindant. Reccords de vitesse 14 Nds sous genois tangonné etang de berre 13.5 Nds sous spi au surf en mer. C'est un bateau très sportif. En famille largeur de cokpit exceptionnel. Attention à l'éguille de safran et à l'embase de mat trop fragiles J'ai refait faire ces pièces plus costaud. Si non, bateau très sur même par gros temps grace à son franc bord important j'ai navigué par force 9 vent arrière no probleme. Bon vent à tous.

Je revends mon tri...

 Pour un orque. moi qui ait choisi le multicoque pour la vitesse, je réalise mon erreur; pour une longueur identique et malgré une grosse différence de poids (1to en ma faveur), mon tricat ne tient pas la route ! Bon, faut dire qu'à force 9 avec un bateau de moins de 7m, et sauf à être déjà au milieu de l'atlantique, je préfère rester à terre; donc aucune chance de battre ces records de vitesse : 13,5nds sans spi, faut du vent pour les atteindre avec un mono !

Rebuild !

 Sorry my french isn't good enough, so I try in english. I am recently rebuilding an Orque 70 also known as Ulta 24. I would like you to share your experiances with me. from my point of view this seems to be a quite fast boat. Any tips and tricks about the rigging? Any problems or weak points known?

I also own an Orque 70/Ultra 24. I bought it last year. I suspect you are from germany, too? So if you are, maybe we can find a way to communicate more easily.
